When purchased I assumed the buckles were working buckles. If they are I can't figure out how to adjust the straps. I found they ran true to size and I'm keeping them. But I'm puzzled.

I love the quality of these sandals and they are definitely worth the buy, but I am usually a size 9 and these were too small. I would suggest buying half a size larger than your normal shoe size especially since there are no refunds or exchanges!

The picture makes these look a lot cuter than they really are. The shape of the toe is angled not squared off. Thumbs down.

Wanted to loosen the buckles. Couldn't figure it out. Then I read a similar statement from another consumer when I was looking for instructions! Help!

I normally wear a 6.5 M, but based on the one review that said they ran small and the KS size guide, where I stated my normal shoe size at 6.5, they gave my size for these as a 7, which I ordered. They are too big. This would not be such a problem, but the buckle straps are not adjustable, which I don't think they tell you in the description. Unfortunately these were a final sale.

I've never owned such uncomfortable shoes. Stiff and make noises s I walk. And final sale, now I'm stuck with them.
