I wanted to love it

I purchased this for a late spring wedding and it would have been perfect. It's a beautiful dress and well made but it isn't true to size for me. I am a size 4/S (5'3", 126lb) and the dress is too big in the waist and hips. The sleeves are a couple inches too long for me also. If the dress had more of a shape I think it would have worked. A 2 might fit but I don't know that the sleeves would be shorter.
