The bracket is beautiful but it’s a little too big for my wrist.

Normally, I love my Kate Spade purchases. I received this bracelet for Christmas. I was so disappointed by the clasp. I CAN NOT get the clasp to work and had to have help putting it on and taking it off. Unfortunately, since it is on final clearance I am stuck with a bracelet I can barely get on and off. I may take to a jeweler and see if they can fix it......

this on Christmas and I can't get the clasp undone. It's so beautiful and I want to wear it, but cant even open it. I have tried looking up videos and stuff, but nothing helps. The button clicks but when I push down and pull, nothing happens. I don't know if I can go to a jeweler and have then look at it or something. I wish I could return this, but it says no return or exchanges, so I'm stuck with a bracelet I can't even get on.

Received this beautiful bracelet for Christmas, but the clasp has been a nightmare. It is difficult to put on and take off without help and even with help the clasp has gotten stuck and I can’t take the bracelet off. Disappointing.
