I absolutely adore this dress it is literally my favorite dress. It is so gorgeous and flattering on any body type. If I had to pick one dress to wear for the rest of my life I would probably pick this one. I bought this in store, it was the last one! I felt so lucky! I love that the shoulder straps can be worn on or off the shoulder. That detail adds so much versatility to the look. This dress also has POCKETS which is a HUGE plus for me. I am a bit short at 5'2" so the length falls a bit below the calf on me, which I actually prefer.

Flattering dress, but size down if between sizes!
I'm 5'3 and 160 pounds, and I typically run a size 10-12 in almost every brand. Being that I'm between M-L, I got a medium in this dress because I'm not particularly busty, and there was a lot of gapping in the chest with the size large. The straps are also elastic and I found the size large made them too long and they'd slip off my shoulders. If you size down, you get the perfect fit! It's super flattering for the waist.
